A tea-culture performance was staged at the Kangle Tea Market for tourists in central Yunnan’s Kunming city on May 14.
Held for the International Tea Day that will fall on May 21, the culture show was coupled with intangible cultural workshops, ethnic music and dance, cultural and creative stalls, and nighttime gatherings.

"This doesn't feel like a traditional market; it feels more like a cultural living room where you can slow down and truly enjoy life in Yunnan," said Chen Lin, a visitor from Chengdu, Sichuan province.
The Yunnan market has been a regional base of tea trading for over 20 years, and it was certificated as a national AAA tourist attraction on April 30.
