Passed down through five generations of tea makers, the Tuocha tea originated in 1902 in Xiaguan, west Yunnan’s Dali Bai autonomous prefecture.
The special tea is crafted through over a dozen processes: blending, steaming, kneading, and pressing. These steps result in a bright yellow liquor with a rich taste.
With just one sip of the tea, you are tasting a century-old greeting from the Cangshan Mountains and Erhai Lake.
