The Yuanyang vegetable plantation in is located in an area ranging from 1,700 to 2,100 meters. Thanks to the fertile mountain soil and sharp temperature differences, the purple cabbage features thick leaves, crisp texture, and a refreshing sweetness.

"I have been working at the plantation for years. I can earn over 3,000 yuan per month. I don't have to travel far for work, and my life has improved a lot," said Ma Wenzhong, a local villager.
