The Xizhou village in west Yunnan’s Dali Bai autonomous prefecture was once a commercial heart on the Ancient Tea Horse Road, and it welcomed merchant caravans from neighboring countries.
Now the village features traditional Bai houses, golden rice fields and ancient tie-dye fabrics. This picturesque destination has been visited by more travelers.
