The 2026 Summer Camp for RCEP International College Students
The 2026 Summer Camp for RCEP International College Students opened on August 2 at Qujing College of Medicine and Health Sciences in east Yunnan’s Qujing city.
The campers this year come from the RCEP countries of Thailand, Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia and China, as well as from Russia and Pakistan.
Participants visit a life-science museum at the Qujing college.
Participants will visit an eyewear museum and a life-science museum at the Qujing college, and they will also travel to the Tuguachong tourist village in Malong District to learn Cuan-style calligraphy and experience the intangible cultural heritage of tie-dyeing.
This summer camp aims to deepen people-to-people exchanges among youth and promote mutual learning among civilizations within the RCEP region. It also represents an important window for Qujing city to present itself to young peoples from the RCEP countries and beyond.
