This is Dali | Episode 44: Bai, Lisu folks live happily in Tianchi

Tianchi village is a multi-ethnic community where the Bai, Lisu and other ethnic groups live together.

Located in west Yunnan’s Dali Bai autonomous prefecture, The village is not only home to pear orchards spanning thousands of Chinese acres, but also serves as a habitat for rare species such as the Yunnan golden monkey.

For generations, the Bai and Lisu peoples have resided here, safeguarding nature while engaging in pear cultivation.
