Singaporean “interviews” coffee beans in Pu’er

Gable is Singaporean who works for the Pu'er Tianchen Coffee Company in southwest Yunnan. Over the past six months, he has fallen in love with his job as a “interviewer” of coffee beans.

His daily routine also involves tasting coffee drinks, visiting coffee plantations, and chatting with coffee farmers. He has made Yunnan coffee better known to global drinkers.
