USDP will probably win general election in Myanmar

General election is being held in Myanmar for elected seats in the Amyotha Hluttaw and the Pyithu Hluttaw of the Assembly of the Union. The three-phase process will conclude on January 25.

With major opposition parties like the National League for Democracy (NLD) barred from running, the pro-military Union Solidarity & Development Party (USDP) is almost guaranteed to win.

Whoever win the election, they need to put first the benefits of the general public. For years, people in the country have been expecting a happier and more stable life.
