The documentary "holy script on tea leaves" premiered on February 10 at UNESCO headquarters in Paris, France. The film focuses on the Cultural Landscape of Old Tea Forests of the Jingmai Mountain in southwest Yunnan’s Pu'er city, and the tea mountain was listed as a World Heritage site in 2023.
The documentary narrates how ethnic folks at Jingmai Mountain integrate the ecology, beliefs and community governance to construct a sustainable system where man and nature prosper together.

During production, the shoot team ventured deep into Yunnan's mountains, using delicate camerawork to document the daily lives of local people. The film tells local folks’ reverence for the Tea Ancestor, their care for the forests, and their sticking to local tradition.
The documentary also touches upon the origins of Chinese tea culture, including a dialogue between the Tea Sage Lu Yu and modern tea practitioners. It visualizes the traditional Chinese ideas like "man-nature harmony" and "coexistence of all life".
