Lijiang’s Mt. Jade Dragon, Vale Blue Moon present their best in winter

Photographers have just captured a breathtaking sunrise at the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and Blue Moon Valley in northwest Yunnan’s Lijiang city.

As the first rays of morning sunshine pierced through the clouds, the snow-capped peaks, standing at an altitude of 5,596 meters, were instantly "set ablaze." The snowy mountain ridge resembled a golden dragon amid the clouds, majestic and magnificent.

The Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and Blue Moon Valley presents an amazing winter sight in northwest Yunnan’s Lijiang city.  

Looking downward, the photographers were amazed by clear waters in the Blue Moon Valley lakes. The mountaintop "blazed" with radiant glory, while the lake surface shimmered in soothing shades of blue. Cascading waterfalls and flowing streams added beauty to the valley under the snow mountain.

Visitors regard the golden morning sight on the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain as a symbol of auspiciousness. The sight is not only a magic light show by mother Nature but also an epitome of Yunnan's breathtaking beauty.
