This is Dali | Episode 28: Chuichuiqiang of the Bai people

Chuichuiqiang is a traditional opera of the Bai ethnic group in west Yunnan's Dali prefecture. Over centuries of development, it has integrated the vocal systems of Central China operas with the theatrical forms native to Dali.

With its gorgeous costume, diverse repertoire and unique singing style, Chuichuiqiang serves as a medium for tourists to understand and appreciate Bai culture.
