Liu Jun is native to southwest China’s Sichuan province, but he married a Bulang woman at a Mt. Jingmai village in Lancang county, southwest Yunnan’s Pu'er city.

Over the past thirteen years, Liu has tried to improve the Pu’er tea packages and renovate local homestays, infusing his design talent into Mt. Jingmai, a cultural landscape of the UNESCO World Heritages.

Thanks to the innovative power of the younger generation like Liu, the fragrance of Mt. Jingmai's ancient tea has reached farther and the traditional tea-growing villages have been given a new life.
