China-Myanmar media tour takes place in Baoshan

Over 20 young journalists from China and Myanmar had a six-day media tour in west Yunnan’s Baoshan city from August 5 to 10.

They savored tea at a century-old tea house in Qinglong Street, saw how agate was turned into Go pieces at Yongzi Academy, and watched a 200-year puppet show at a theater.

By focusing their lenses on shared cultural roots, industrial chains and heart-to-heart exchanges, the journalists made the brotherly Pauk-Phaw friendship come alive.
