Malipo old tea finds its way to over 10 countries

During the 2025 Third Laoshan International Tea Festival in early May, China's vice-foreign minister Hua Chunying promoted the "Laoshan tea" in southeast Yunnan’s Malipo county.

When the International Tea Day fell on May 21, the Laoshan tea made its debut at the UN headquarters in New York as a national gift, winning much praise.

Now Malipo old tea has found its way to more than 10 countries, including France, Portugal, Japan, the UAE, Malaysia, Brazil, Madagascar and others.
