Yunnan flower exports grow by 62.6% in eight months
The export value of Yunnan fresh-cut flowers reached 760 million yuan in the first eight months of this year, marking year-on-year increase of 62.6%.

The exported Yunnan flowers are mostly roses and carnations. After inspections by customs officers, these flowers were exported to Southeast Asian countries such as the Philippines and Thailand.
Wang Guoliang, customs affairs manager of the Yunnan Yanyunshi Trading Co., Ltd., said the consumer demand for decorative flowers in Southeast Asia has increased by approximately 50%.
Now the Yunnan flower exports are cleared by customs officers within one working day.
