The 2025 Lancang-Mekong Young Entrepreneurs Camp kicked off in northwest Yunnan’s Lijiang city on September 26.
More than 80 young entrepreneurs from the six countries of China, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam—all involved in the Lancang-Mekong Cooperation (LMC)—gathered to deepen practical cooperation and contribute to the LMC Economic Belt.

Under the theme "Youthful Lancang-Mekong, Innovation Enlightens the Future," the event was jointly organized by China International Youth Exchange Center, Yunnan Provincial Youth Federation, Lijiang Municipal People's Government, and others.
Organizing representatives and Phothong Phongphouthon, deputy consul general of the Lao PDR in Kunming, delivered speeches at the opening, which also saw the launch of the Lancang-Mekong Young Entrepreneurs’ Database and Workshop for Project Cooperation.
