“In the words of Confucius, 'If three walk together, one must be my teacher',” said Kem Sambath, member of the Cambodian People's Party (CPP) Central Committee and vice chairmen of the CPP Central Committee’s Commission for External Relations.
Kem Sambath said this during the just-concluded Global Civilizations Dialogue Ministerial Meeting in Beijing on July 10-11, adding the ancient wisdom reminds us that collective strength can create miracles.
