Protecting ecology means saving our livelihood

Ecological protection has been part of the awareness and daily life of local villagers in southwest China’s Xizang autonomous region.

The villagers who cared about the clear waters and lush mountains have achieved prosperity through a healthy ecological environment.

Today, locals understand the importance of protecting the ecology. They say that protecting the environment means securing their livelihood.
