While the lingering warmth of late autumn has not yet faded, the chill of early winter has quietly hit the highland in northwest Yunnan.

 

Lijiang’s Baisha town presents its best in late autumn.  

In the Baisha old town of Lijiang city, however, the country paths look sun-kissed and warm. Looking up, one sees the vast stretches of golden leaves, swaying gently in the wind.
