Peacock feast favored by tourists in Pu'er

The peacock banquet of the Dai ethnic group has gained popularity among residents and tourists in southwest Yunnan Pu’er city. Featuring a banana-leave layer on the dinner table, the feast involves the dishes of colorful glutinous rice, citronella-grilled fish, roast chicken and pineapple rice.
