Pu’er tea enriches villagers at Mt. Jingmai

Having worked in the developed areas for years, the Dai girl Xiangong brought new ideas and technologies back to her hometown in southwest Yunnan’s Pu'er city. There, her tea factory allowed the fine tea leaves in Mt. Jingmai to be known to more drinkers in the world.

As the Cultural Landscape of Old Tea Forests of Jingmai Mountain in Pu’er celebrates the second anniversary of its UNESCO World Heritage inscription, tea growers in the mountain are enjoying a richer life.
