Jeffrey Greene: More Americans need to learn about China via Flying Tigers

"The more Americans know the story of Flying Tigers, the more Americans are going to think a lot differently about China," said Jeffrey Greene, president of the Sino-American Aviation Heritage Foundation, during his recent visit to Yunnan.

He noted that the Kunming Wujiaba Airport, where the Flying Tigers were stationed, was one of the most important airfields during World War II. The spirit of the Chinese and American people fighting side by side in the war against fascism should be better known and carried forward.
