Eye-catchers gather at global civilizations dialogue

Together with the eye-catchers from other countries, Dr. Htike Lwin Ko, a Myanmar specialist at YICC, has become a draw at the Global Civilizations Dialogue Ministerial Meeting in Beijing from July 10 to 11. Htike stood out at the event firstly because of his soft pink outfit.
