Zhu: Yunnan highland agro-products hold great potential

Zhu Yan, president of the Yunnan Chamber of Commerce in Canada, said he is interested in trading jewelries and Yunnan highland agro-products. "We’re now engaged in bulk of international trade, exporting the products mostly to Central Asian countries like Kazakhstan."

Zhu mentioned this at the 21st ASEAN Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs Conference (AOCEC) that opened on June 14 in west Yunnan's Dehong Dai and Jingpo autonomous prefecture. Around 400 overseas business leaders from over 60 countries and regions, including Germany, Thailand, Myanmar, China's Hong Kong and Macau, attended the opening.
