Sign-language news facilitates China-Laos folk bond

The sign-language news program under the China-Laos cooperation framework is one year old. Jointly rolled out by the Lao National TV, Mekong News Network and China Southern Power Grid, the program has made the stories on China-Laos friendship reach those with difficulty in hearing.
