快来清凉一 “夏”！ 云南重点推荐三大避暑旅居目的地

　　当中国多地陷入“蒸烤”模式时，云南却以令人羡慕的“清凉模式”，成为游客们心中的“诗与远方”。

　　While much of China "burns" in scorching heat, Yunnan stands out with its enviable "cool summer mode", becoming a poetic escape for travelers.

　　暑期以来，云南旅游热度持续高涨，东南亚游客也乘坐着中老铁路纷至沓来。7月上半月，磨憨口岸验放旅客已近万人次。

　　Since the start of summer vacation, tourists in Yunnan have surged, with Southeast Asian visitors flocking in via the China-Laos Railway. In the first half of July, the Mohan border gate saw nearly 10,000 passenger entries.

　　云南的“火”，不仅源于便捷的交通和开放的政策，更得益于其得天独厚的气候条件。今年7月云南省平均气温仅21.9℃。“春城”昆明近期气温更是稳定在18℃ - 28℃。

　　Yunnan’s popularity is not just attributed to easy transits and open policies—it’s also blessed with unbeatable weather. In July, the province’s average temperature was a mild 21.9°C, while Kunming, the Spring City, enjoyed temperatures between 18°C and 28°C.

　　此时的云南，没有闷热与黏腻，从高原湖泊到热带雨林，从千年古城到秘境峡谷……仿佛20℃的天然空调！

　　Here, there’s no sticky humidity—just like natural air conditioning at 20°C. From alpine lakes to tropical rainforests and ancient towns to hidden valleys, the temperature is almost the same.

　　近日，云南省推出的“夏凉菌香”之旅，重点推荐了滇西北、滇中、滇东三大避暑旅居目的地。邀请全国甚至更多的国际游客来云南避暑、吃菌、纳凉。

　　Recently, Yunnan rolled out its "Cool Summer & Mushroom Delights" tour, highlighting three prime summer retreats: Northwest Yunnan, Central Yunnan, and East Yunnan. The three regions are inviting international travelers to their cool weather and wild mushrooms.

丽江 Lijiang

　　以壮丽的雪山冰川闻名遐迩，玉龙雪山终年积雪不化，周边森林、草甸、溪流等自然景观丰富多样，构成了一幅绝美的画卷。

　　Lijiang is famed for its majestic snow-capped mountains. The Jade Dragon Snow Mountain remains icy year-round, and it is surrounded by lush forests, meadows, and streams—a breathtaking landscape.

大理 Dali

　　苍山山顶终年积雪，与山下的绿树繁花形成鲜明对比；洱海明月高悬时，月光洒在洱海之上，波光粼粼，如梦如幻。

　　The perpetual snow on Cangshan Mountain’s top contrasts with blooming flowers at the mountain foot, while Erhai Lake shimmers under moonlight, creating a dreamy scene.

保山 Baoshan

　　在炎炎夏日，泡在温泉中，既能舒缓身心、消除疲劳，又能起到养生保健的作用。

　　In the city, visitors can soak in hot springs to relax and rejuvenate. It’s perfect for summer wellness.

　　在夏季，滇池畔微风拂面，是避暑纳凉的好去处。

　　The Dianchi Lake is where tourist stroll by and cool breezes make it an ideal summer escape.

 

玉溪 Yuxi

　　高原湖泊是玉溪的一大亮点，抚仙湖是中国最大的深水型淡水湖泊，湖水清澈透明，能见度可达数米。湖畔沙滩细腻，景色迷人。

　　The star here is the Fuxian Lake, China’s deepest freshwater lake. With crystal-clear waters visible even meters deep, the lake has soft sandy shores.

昭通 Zhaotong

　　有乌蒙磅礴的壮丽景观，乌蒙山连绵起伏，气势恢宏。山上的植被丰富多样，夏季绿树成荫，是天然的氧吧。

　　The Wumeng Mountains offer dramatic vistas, lush greenery, and fresh air—a natural "oxygen bar".

曲靖 Qujing

　　拥有高山草甸的独特风光，如会泽大海草山，夏季时，广袤的草甸上绿草如茵，野花盛开，成群的牛羊在草地上悠闲地吃草，仿佛一幅美丽的田园画卷。

　　Rolling grasslands like the Huize Sea of Grass turn the city into a place of pastoral dream in summer, when the land is dotted with wildflowers and grazing livestock.

文山 Wenshan

　　以万亩荷花而闻名。夏季，文山普者黑荷花竞相开放，红的、粉的、白的……与周围的青山绿水相互映衬，构成了一幅绝美的山水画卷。

　　The prefecture is famous for its thousands of lotus fields, where the plant blooms in red, pink, and white. The flowers dazzle against emerald hills.
