Lao airlines begins using China-made C909 aircraft

Lao Airlines has begun using the Chinese-made C909 passenger aircraft on its Vientiane-Kunming route. This makes it the first foreign airline to operate this Chinese-manufactured model on the route.
The aircraft will be used for the daily round-trip flights between Vientiane and Kunming. The C909 is a single-aisle jet developed and manufactured in China, which entered commercial service in recent years.
The Vientiane-Kunming route is a key link for tourism, trade and business, with the C909 now offering a fresh travel option.
