China, Laos hold themed exhibition for stronger cultural ties
The "When Champaca Meets Jasmine" China-Laos Cultural Road Themed Exhibition was held in Pakse, south Laos’s Champasak province, from November 10 to 11.

Yunnan tea products make a hit at the exhibiting venue.

Theoretical books are displayed under the theme of "Light of Ideas".
The exhibits showcased the shared ideals in and tangible achievements from China-Laos cooperation, as well as the infrastructure connectivity and emotional bonds between the two countries and peoples.
Thanks to frequent cultural exchanges, the China-Laos community with a shared future has taken roots in this fertile land of the Lancang-Mekong region, becoming an enduring and warm force for regional cooperation.

Lao newspapers are displayed at the exhibition.

The exhibition features a "Road of Cooperation" displaying section.
"The friendship between Laos and China is as solid as a rock. It requires no strings attached and remains unchanged by external factors,” said Vansay Tavinyan, Former Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Training Board of the Lao Party's Central Committee, Editor in Chief of PASAXON Newspaper, at the exhibition.
Vansay added that no matter how the international landscape may evolve, Laos and China will always stand shoulder to shoulder, jointly illustrating the profound significance of the Laos-China community with a shared future.
