Poster exhibition to unfold happiness in Yunnan’s border areas
The "Neighborly Visits: Glimpses of Happiness along the Borderline" poster exhibition will be staged in south Yunnan’s Xishuangbanna Dai autonomous prefecture on November 4, when the thematic event for advancing the "Invigorate Yunnan, Benefit Border Areas" New Era Cultural-Ethical Practice Belt in Yunnan Province will be concurrently held.

Where does regional happiness lie? The happiness is embedded in every inch of Yunnan's 4,060-kilometer borderline that is shared with Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam, and it is reflected in the cultural-ethical practices of the 374 border villages of the province. The happiness shimmers through the mutual learning and exchanges between Yunnan and the neighboring Mekong countries.
This autumn, artists and designers from China and Mekong countries have created some 100 poster artworks to showcase the industrial vitality and new look of Yunnan's border villages, where green development has brought great changes to the life of border residents.
