3rd pre-made dishes expo takes place in Yunnan

The 3rd Yunnan International Catering and Prepared Dishes Industry Expo was held in central Yunnan’s Kunming city from August 8 to 10.

With the theme "natural ingredients for Yunnan cuisine," this year's expo is jointly hosted by Yunnan Provincial Department of Commerce, Yunnan Catering and Food Industry Association, and Yunnan Cuisine Society. The exhibition spans nearly 30,000 square meters.

 

Pre-made dishes are displayed at the expo.

Featuring three pavilions for special ingredients, pre-made dishes and general consumption, the expo brings together 381 participating enterprises. It covers food production, processing, logistics and equipment, creating a full industrial chain.

 

Cooking contestants are awarded at the expo.
