Event going on for integration of China-Laos tourism

A promotional event for the integrative development of Chinese and Lao cultural tourism is going on in Laos from July 2 to 7, as part of the exchanges in the Visit Laos Year 2024.

Jointly hosted by China Chamber of Tourism (CCT) and Laos-China Cultural Tourism Promotion Association, the event was organized by the CCT’s scenic-area branch and the Yunnan-based Mekong tourism group.

More than 10 Chinese representatives related to international cultural tourism are having field visits and exchange in Laos, contributing their wisdom to integration of cultural tourism in the Lancang-Mekong region.

Following the Chinese delegation’s visit to the Lao Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism on July 3, the Laos-China Cultural Tourism Promotion Association was jointly unveiled by the two sides.
