Xi's special envoy to attend inauguration of president of Dominican Republic

At the invitation of President of the Dominican Republic Luis Abinader, President Xi Jinping's Special Envoy and Minister of Industry and Information Technology Jin Zhuanglong will attend Abinader's second-term inauguration on Aug 16 in Santo Domingo, foreign ministry spokesperson Lin Jian announced on Tuesday.
