Let's be friends: Xishuangbanna is highly similar to Thailand

Padiphat Khamthis, mass communication specialist of Thailand's national television, said that Xishuangbanna is so similar to Thailand that he felt like returning home again.
Padiphat said this during the South and Southeast Asian Media Network (SSAMN) Annual Meeting 2024 that was recently held in south Yunnan's Xishuangbanna Dai autonomous prefecture.
Padiphat was excited when taking a train on the China-Laos Railway, and he was glad to meet regional media peers in Yunnan province.
