Let's be friends: Dong takes cultural products as fun, appealing to audience

Dong Zhixin, deputy director of China Daily’s Business Development Department, said that creative cultural products are highly recognizable and interesting, and they can thus be really appealing to the audience.

Dong said this during the just-concluded South and Southeast Asian Media Network (SSAMN) Annual Meeting 2024, which was convened on December 9-11 in south Yunnan's Xishuangbanna Dai autonomous prefecture.

He hoped that through the SSAMN, China Daily could continue cooperation with Yunnan province in planning news content, cultural creation, and setting the agenda of China and Yunnan at large.
