The Mohan leg of the Yunnan 3x3 Super League basketball game was held in south Yunnan’s border town of Mohan from October 1 to 3. On the bustling basketball courts, sixteen clubs from various countries and regions engaged in thrilling battles.

Matthew Koenig, a Canadian basketball player representing the Australian professional club BRISBANE MADE, shared his thoughts on the game. "3x3 is incredibly fast-paced. Team cohesion is crucial, and we really need to work together," he emphasized.

Koenig also revealed that he arrived in Mohan via the comfortable China-Laos international passenger train. When asked about his expectations for the competition, he said, "We want to win one hundred percent, so we've been practicing a lot."

According to league organizers, the 2024 "Yunnan 3x3 Super League" adheres to FIBA competition rules and standards, drawing 27 clubs from 21 countries and regions. Prior to Mohan, the league had already hosted two games in Lijiang and Dali. After Mohan, the grand final will be held in Kunming city, the capital of Yunnan province in southwestern China.
