Summer camp promotes China-U.S. youth exchanges
The Chinese Bridge - Flying Tigers Summer Camp for American Youth, which concluded last week in Kunming, capital city of Yunnan Province in southwest China, helped promote youth exchanges between China and the United States.

Over 70 American teachers and students have spent more than ten days in China, learning the history of the Flying Tigers and experiencing the charm of traditional Chinese culture.
The American participants visited the memorial sites of Flying Tigers, including the Hump Memorial and Kunming Flying Tigers Museum, as well as some famous tourist attractions in Beijing and Yunnan.
They have also participated in activities featuring Chinese traditional culture such as shadow play, paper cuttings and Chinese martial arts.
At the closing ceremony, a video was presented to recap the summer camp. The American youth showcased Chinese culture they have experienced and shared their stories and insights during the event.
This summer camp is fulfilling and meaningful, showing us a true and multi-dimensional China, said the American participants.
