The 465-meter-long night market on the square is themed with the meter-gauge rail that has connected Yunnan with Vietnam for more than a century. Clothing, shoes, bags, and other household items are in dazzling arrays, appealing to residents and tourists.
According to statistics, the average consumer flow in the block is 15,000 to 20,000 persons in the day, while the square market of more than 500 businesses invites in around 8,000 persons per night. The night market lasts until 22:30.
