13 Yunnan businesses have explored cooperation opportunities at the 10th Silk Road International Exposition and Investment and Trade Forum for Cooperation between East and West China. The event ran from May 21 to 25 in Xi'an, Shaanxi province.
As one of the two guest provinces of honor at this year's exposition, Yunnan highlighted its positioning as China’s pivot of opening-up to South and Southeast Asia with a distinctive exhibition area.

Cultural products are on display in the Yunnan exhibition area.
The province also showcased its achievements in integrating into the Belt and Road Initiative, stepping up southward opening-up, and expanding spaces for regional cooperation.
The representatives of Yunnan enterprises used the Silk Road expo to promote their brands, expand overseas markets and identify partners for future cooperation, bringing Yunnan products and specialty industries to a broader stage.
