Sherry Zhu meets Vincent in Yunnan, trying unique dishes

Sherry Zhu, a TikTok influencer from the U.S. and the creator of the trending hashtag “BecomingChinese,” visited Vincent, a French man. Now Vincent is a restaurant owner who has rooted himself in the Spring City of Kunming, Yunnan province, for love. Sherry tried Western-style bread infused with Chinese flavors, pasta made with a Yunnan taste, and others. Each dish is a gentle fusion of Eastern and Western ingredients.
