Yunnan girl wins Kazakhstan order of friendship

Tao Mingxiu, a woman born in Yunnan in 1997, was awarded Kazakhstan's Order of Friendship (2nd Class).

A Kazakhstan minister presented the medal, and the president had a cordial conversation with her.
